The spectrum of Michelle Murphy’s credentials is about as broad as any you’ll see: On one end, she’s an accountant, a numbers person. On the other she’s a singer and dancer who loves to perform. Between those extremes, you’ll find more “normal” accomplishments like entrepreneur . . . teacher . . . businesswoman . . . speaker and author.

Fact is, Michelle brings so much to her engagements it’s like getting 10 speakers in one. And every one of them top-notch. She’s a savvy businesswoman . . .company owner . . . corporate facilitator . . . trainer and consultant.

Beyond that, Michelle is a people person who derives tremendous satisfaction from “engaging” an audience with her knowledge, her wit and her wisdom. Michelle specializes in delivering customised keynote, seminar and workshop presentations that are highly interactive with plenty of audience involvement. When she is in the role of facilitator, she encourages full participation, mutual understanding and helps groups build inclusive, sustainable agreements.

She is past president of the National Speakers Association’s largest chapter based in San Francisco and has served at the national level as a member of the associations Strategic Planning Committee.

In 1991 she founded InnoPro Performance Solutions an international consulting and training firm dedicated to increasing workplace productivity through innovation.
